You are entitled to a refund in the case of the purchased book/ebook not being assigned to you or the book not being delivered to you within the expiration date from your date of purchase or until the date when it is reflected to be delivered. If you have paid twice for the same book or ebook, you can request a refund. However, under any other circumstance, we will not consider any requests for a refund as this is a hard copy purchased which takes cost to get manufactured.
We offer free shipping options for our books. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
No, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.
The delivery time will be 4-7 days after the order pickup and it could vary depending on the Area Pincode.
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide you with a revised estimated date for delivery.
